We take as much care in shipping your BERRY TEMPTATION order as we do in making our delicious strawberries hand -dipped. We have specially planned the packaging and shipping of your gift so that it will arrive in perfect condition. Each order comes in our keepsake luxury gift box and most importantly a card with your personal message!

Due to the nature of our product at present we accept orders for deliveries just in London within the zones indicated below.

Deliveries are not available on Sundays and Bank Holidays

Our BERRY TEMPTATION Products are only guaranteed to be fresh for the day they are requested to be delivered.

We will not be responsible for any orders which are not delivered due to incorrect or incomplete information being supplied by you.

If BERRY TEMPTATION is unable to deliver any gift box because of an incorrect address, we will contact you and attempt to do a second delivery. An additional charge will be assessed for each Address Correction.

We will not accept any liability for delay if there is no one to receive the order at the delivery address

PAYMENT INFORMATION:

When you have filled your basket, you will need to proceeded through the checkout process. As part of the process, you will be re-directed to the PayPal website to securely make your payment. A PayPal account is not required to make your payment - simply click the "make payment using credit/debit card" in the bottom left of the PayPal screen.

Please do not forget to complete important information as Delivery date, receiver’s name and address, gift box colour, special message.
